Challenge Details

It's going to be an amazing 30-day run!

 

The challenge starts on April 1st so here are the rules of engagement:

The Rules

1. Consistency: Commit to performing the listed workout each week. Rest & recovery every 5 days (no working out ladies). Trust us, your dedication will yield fantastic results!

 

2. Form Matters: While we're encouraging you to push yourself, remember to prioritize proper form during each workout to prevent any potential injuries.

 

3. Support & Encouragement: Let's uplift one another! Engage with fellow participants, share your progress, and provide words of encouragement along the way. 

 

You must post & tag EVERY video with hashtag #fitmomglutesandgutchallenge.

 

4. Listen to Your Body: Pay attention to your body's signals. If you need to take a break or modify the challenge to suit your needs, that's perfectly okay. Your well-being comes first.

Meet Our Judge

Fit Mom Maria will be our judge for this month's challenge. 🙌🏽

 

She is an Afro Latina who has over the years, transformed her mind, body and her life by staying consistent and committed to her health goals. She is a single mother of a 24 year old Medical student, a health administrator, and a beast in the gym.

 

Maria refused to let stress, depression, and disappointment rob her of health, wealth, and happiness so she got serious, changed her diet, and hit the gym.

 

Maria is proof that if she can do it, then you can too.
